I'm looking for extensions kcamath.mfx and overlay.mfx for Fusion 2.5. I have the .cox versions for both of them and thought I might be able to convert them. I downloaded overlay.mfx from DarkWire but I had issues with the .exe file. MMF2ExtPatk2 contains kcamath.mfx doesn't run on Fusion 2.5

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Dave S.

Where there is a CF2.5 version it is usually available via the in-Fusion extension viewer (e.g. Advanced Math object).

Without the source code you can't convert old .cox files to work on CF2.5, but you can add the files to a folder to still be able to run your \Extensions\mmf1\ folder.

For Overlay try https://community.clickteam.com/attachment/10437-overlay-zip/ for your extensions directory and https://community.clickteam.com/attachment/10480-overlaypt2-zip/ for your runtime directory.

I believe the Overlay object has been superseded by the Surface object.

Hi Josh,

I randomly signed in and saw your reply from nearly three weeks ago! I thought I'd set up email notifications; obviously not.

Anyhow, I will try this, thank you.

Josh,

Now looking for kcinput.mfx

So I Downloaded MMF2ExtPack2 from Darkkwire Software, which includes this extension but MMF 2.5 doesn't work with it (or any of them).

What can I do?

Thanks,

So it seems the link to the image hasn't loaded now either.

Basically the error message when trying to install the extensions says, Multimedia Fusion #2 is not installed. No, because
I now have the newer version 2.5!

Don't worry, I'll just have to use my old computer that I use for backing up files etc.

Thanks,
Dave S.

All academic now, as I'm using an old machine but here's the corrected image link:
