Are they perhaps a low bitrate? Or maybe even mono? I've had issues with mono wave files before. Try converting them to a different bitrate or converting them to stereo and see if that solves your problem.
I could have sworn they were the highest possible bitrate (could that be an issue?) and im fairly certain they were in stereo.... ill fool with it and get back to you. thanks for the reply

So, turns out my Wav files were exported with the highest possible bitrate that FL Studio can. interestingly enough, i dropped the bitrate and sound quality of the song and it worked. im glad cuz i really didnt want to use OGG files, they are too large lol.
another issue i seem to be having is that when im not using a sound that i had previously used its not removed from the list, it just sits there. how do you get rid of that? and is it increasing my file size or should i just over look them and use the one that actually plays? keep in mind there are no events using these other 2 non working versions of the song.
