How do you add a new behavior/qualifier? Oh, I know how to add them to an active object. Its just that the example I'm using a "Neutral" behavior that isn't set to any of the objects. So I'm wondering how I could add it.

I'm thinking that you might be meaning adding them at runtime, if that is the case then the answer is no unfortunately
