I dont know where to post it so I post it here. I`m a bit new to these manager games so I`m going to make a game like Football Manager but it is Cross Country. And I need help with making a editor. Some tips where to start?

"Cross Country"?
As in cross country running? Or show jumping (equestrian)? Or rally driving? Or skiing? Or cycling?

Anyway, regarding the editor -
You're almost certainly going to want to store all the data in an array.
I would suggest you create a big Excel spreadsheet with all your data, and then convert it to an array using my MMF2 Array Editor.

As always, if you want a more specific/detailed answer, you need to ask a more specific/detailed question.

How can you have a skiing manager game - It's an individual sport? I mean, what would the player actually do?

Sketchy don't be silly, only because skiing is individual sport, that does not mean it not manageable!

What is there to manage?

If you consider football, each player has a wide variety of skills - shooting, running, heading etc, which can be improved by coaching.
It's a team game, so you can adjust formations, trade players, and develop young talent.
It's big business, so you can manage club finances and facilities.

Now looking at cross-country skiing, it's an individual sport, so there are no team formations/tactics, no trading of players, etc.
The variety of skills used by a skiier is very limited - it's about 80% endurance, 20% general technique.
There's very little financial management involved - maybe a little sponsorship, but that's it (you won't be building a new stadium or anything like that).

I just doing see how it's going to translate to a fun gaming experience.

If you were making skijoring or dog-sledding game fine - I could see how that might work. You could breed/train teams of huskies, and you'd have to carefully choose whether they should be lead dogs, wheel dogs, etc; and make sure each is running next to a dog with matching personality, etc.
You may have guessed from my avatar that I like Huskies
