How do you mean exactly? Do you want each note in a separate file, or like a small tune or jingle or..?

If you can't find a better alternative, you could maybe extract the wav files from a soundfont.

eg. Soundfont:

eg. Soundfont -> Wav Converter

Or you could just find one piano sample, and then transpose it to different notes yourself. I'm pretty sure it's possible in MMF2 - I've done it using bass.dll and the CallDll extension in MMF1. Failing that, do it in a sound editor and save the results separately.

Thanks Sketchy. I was able to extract most of the notes I needed except for the sharps/flats. I believe this is because I downloaded the smaller file with the less sounds in the package. Unfortunately the bigger package with more sounds has been removed from the hosting website and is unavailable I'll try to find another soundfont if possible.

Not sure you need this anymore since you already put up the thing for download but..

Do you use any kind of tracker software? I have an instrument package for a program called Impulse Tracker. The package is of a Steinway Grand Piano

Here's a quick demo of how it sounds in the different octaves:
