Hey folks!

I am making a small video compilation of great "click team based software" games, that either people really love and/or show of the capabilities what the software can do.

If you have a sec, could you list your all time favourite click game or a game that really tells you what type of fantastic games the clickteam software can make and let us know why this game stands out for you!

Once I receive about 10+ titles i'll make a cool video compilation with your name and a quote why you think this is a great game.

The video will then end up in the next episode on the klikcast and as a separate video on our youtube channel, to promote clickteam.

Soooo lets begin!! What click game stands really out for you and why do people need to play it!

Ill start!

For me, the biggest game that really stood out and what really impressed me was "The Night before" series of adventure games.

Since i loved playing adventure games back in the day like monkey island I was very impressed you could actually make the same type of games within a clickteam product. To this day the game is still fun to play!

I think the most playable klik games are often the ones with the worst graphics, and therefore wouldn't look good in a promo video.
My favourite is "Plasma Warrior", but including it in your video would probably give the impression that MMF2 is only as powerful as a ZX Spectrum.

Maybe "Sky Invader"? The graphical effects look pretty impressive.

Alright, here's my reason for picking Knytt Stories.

"When I play Knytt Stories I feel immersed in an amazing fantasy world, the ambient sounds, music, fantastic creatures, all of it just seems so surreal."

It may sound cheesy but I only get this feeling when I play KS and wander through Elder Scrolls Oblivion. Not many games, especially an indie one, give me that warm feeling that I'd truthfully want to live in that world.

Oh good, someone mentioned Knytt so I don't have to. Here's my list.

Luynne Diversity:

"Sure there's a bug or two in there. But the atmosphere is just really done exemplary well. Plus it runs on the Tormshire engine, how cool is that? An added bonus is the killer soundtrack."

Ladders 2:

"Two words, open source. Solid non-slope platform engine for anyone to use. You have no excuse to not make a game with this on the loose. Enough said."

The Yellow Shape:

"Mustn't, break, free...Gahhh! I did it again! Nooooo! Eh hem, plus it inspired me to do my own puzzle type game."

Tormshire:

"I mean, look at it! And what other click game that you know of right now that has a platformer side kick follow you around the map? Oh yeah, one other one. The World As A Fishbowl. But I doubt you'd find any others."

And that's all from for now.

All platforming problems can be mostly solved here:

www.zephni.com

These are very excellent examples by other people and are very informative.

Gridquest - no fancy graphics, but such imense content and a solid engine makes it a good pick, especially for those who like roguelikes, and some puzzling action.

Click copter - nice graphics, nice engine, nice game, got me addicted on the first play.

GunGirl 2 - why did no one mention this masterpiece?

Here are some games that I think would showcase the power of klik pretty well:

- Eternal Daughter
- Noitu Love 2
- Streambolt 2 (surprised nobody remembers it, or the original one)
- Lyle in Cube Sector
- GunGirl 2
- Duel Toys 2 (funny how so many klik games have surprisingly improved sequels )
- Walkie Tonky
- Fishhead 3
- Super Ken Senshi

I also think that special mention should go to the Sonic Worlds engine for MMF2. It's basically a platform engine that mimics the old Sonic The Hedgehog games from the Sega Genesis. It's so dang close to the original that I really think it deserves some mention; It really shows exactly what kind of stuff you can pull off with klik products. You can find it here:
