I have been making a game which uses sub applications in ccn format. When i compile this game, i load up one of the sub applications and it gives me the error "Cannot find Kccombo.mfx" (or somthing along the lines). All sub applications using a combo box do this. However, when i run the whole thing in TGF2 without compiling it, it works perfectly fine. I have tried copying the file in to the folder of the ccn and the exe, but neither works. I even tried making a folder called data->runtime and putting it in there, with no success. If anyone knows what the problem is, please help.

Check it is in the runtime folder. if not copy it in. If it's not in there you will get issues when you are compiling it.
