Xgoff Registered 22/02/2009 Points 135	13th April, 2010 at 20:03:12 - i believe it's actually because something mmf2 does when it loads a frame/starts invalidates the desktop and forces windows to refresh it it's actually pretty annoying because it resets explorer's scrollbar positions
