I've asked this question in many a thread, and never have I received an answer. I too am interested in knowing how to make new skins. Please, someone answer!

Actually, it's more about getting Clubsoft to give you the template and then you going into whichever image editing software you use (Photoshop for me) and then creating a skin. I asked both Rikus and Clubsoft a while back, and every time Clubsoft gets close to giving it to me, I always get a brb and he doesn't return within the bounds of when I stay up (time zones). I'd love to create a skin or two myself though, I've since improved after the skin contest a few Christmases ago.
