I ussually have that dark screen, this christmass things are all white, and it's really annoying me, and hurting my eyes...
I tried to change the skin to the one I use but with no effect. everything stayed the same...

It hurt my eyes after awhile too. There is an option in the skin preferences panel that says, "Disable holiday themes."

Click the disable Holiday themes button?... Or did that not work?
