I am almost done with my update to my Signature Creator, which will be v1.1. I submitted the original here back in August. I'll probably be done with it tomorrow, and I was wondering something...

Should I resubmit it as a new download, or just update the old download? I'm afraid that if I just update the old one, no one will notice, and I think that it is a pretty substantial update. I thought to ask first because I figured that resubmitting it would be the kind of thing that people wouldn't like. I wouldn't resubmit my Plat4m Engine because no update I'm ever going to release for that will ever be substantial enough for a new download page.

I made a project page for my two projects to share, on which I report updates to both products mentioned in this post, and I thought that posting a notice there would be enough, but considering that I posted this topic in those forums first and got no answer, I'm not so sure.
