I want to change the colour of a graphic in my game which appears in all levels. I did this change in Paintshop Pro and then copied it. Opened up MMF (version 1.5) colour editing mode and pasted the new graphic in and made it global for all levels. If I open up the another levels I find that the graphic hasn't changed... why is this? Surely I shouldn't have to change each one individually for each level?

I had this problem too when updating Splotches!'s graphics. Go into another level, make sure it's a global object, and edit/update the sprite. Actually draw some pixels somewhere on the thing. (you can erase them or draw where it's a solid color) Then hit ok. I think that's how I did it... >.o I'm having trouble remembering. I just kept editing them and unchecking and rechecking the global object box until it worked.

Just tried it and yes you're right... as long as the graphic is global to start off with there's no hitch. I made the mistake of editing it first then making a global object which doesn't work. Cheers for that... Dave S.
