I need to make my PC speaker beep upon an event taking place. i know there is a way to do it, but i can't for the life of me think how!! anyone help?

There was a system beep object for MMF1.5. Not sure if it was ported to MMF2 though.

They all have PC speakers, it's just that it doesn't beep when you boot up anymore.

My 2004 laptop and 2006 PC don't beep at all not even with that MMF1.5 extension.

i need this for a pc at work for an app i'm making. no speakers but the PC Speaker defo works.

You probably need to enable it in your BIOS.
I'm pretty sure all computers have a PC Speaker - just a lot of them choose not to enable it for some reason.

The Big Box extension has a PC speaker action - I haven't tried it but it lets you set the frequency and duration of the beeps I believe.
