i submitted a game and its still not up,can every one view it except me, i can only view it in my account profile but not the download section. Is this the case with every one!

Yes.
A FAQ would be a useful addition to the "New Download" page, including where to upload files and screenshots. Then, maybe, we'd stop getting 5 of these threads a week.
