I've next to no experience with designing Vitalize! apps and was wondering how you would implement a high score board for people to save their scores to online?

Most people use the MooSock extension to call a PHP/ASP script to insert the scores into an SQL database. So the first thing you need is a webhost with PHP/ASP and database support (funpic.org has PHP and MySQL, and it's 100% free). I know the PHP part, but I can never remember how to use MooSock. But there's plenty of articles and forum threads on the subject, just use the DC search.
