Simple question, what do you generally prefer applications to be in? Do you think they're better with a skin, or do you think they're better just using the default OS style. (Games only count if they're windowed.)
No real reason for asking this, I've just always personally found that No Skin was always better, because I like when all my stuff matches. Skinned applications (For example, the new AIM which I refuse to use) just annoy the hell out of me.
I'm interested in seeing what other people think.

I like my chicken with the skin still on. It's nice, crispy, oily, chewy, and good.

If it doesn't look like windows 95 I scream and close the app.

Don't use skins, that's what they invented themes for. Let the user decide, not the application.
Program takes less memory if it uses the system windows, anyway.

I prefer programs without their own skins. Except Winamp, that's an exception.

Also with Active System Box you can mix system native with style and create a very good looking application and keeping it native.
Also Vista is ugly with a skin or without it! <_<
