I'm sure there was an extension that allowed more than 32 directions somehow. Could anyone post a link please?

Thanks in advance!

You will probably need some sort of Advanced maths object.

Actually i'm not sure if you even need an extension.

No, the Advanced Math object won't help you. You have to use the Alpha Channel object or Active Picture object, because they allow 360 degree rotation. I personally prefer the Alpha Channel object, because it allows you to store the images you use internally, while Active Picture needs to load them from BMP files.

So basically, you just use your chosen object's rotation functions to change the direction, and some good ol' trigonometry to move the objects. If you don't know how to do that, just DC search "360 degree movement" or something, it's been asked many times before.

Can you get the alpha channel object for MMF1?

Besides thats what i was getting at with the Advanced maths object. Using it for trig and stuff.

Yes, there's an Alpha Channel object for MMF1, and no lol, you don't need the stupid Advanced Math object. All you need to make a 360-deg movement engine is a few variables and the sin() and cos() functions.
