Hi every one

I was wanting to know if there was a way to resize the screen resolution in MMF2 while the game was playing. I wont to make an effect where the camera can zoom in and out from the player depending on the situation. Is this even possible in MMF2

Can someone pleas help me?

Yeah it's proably possible with an extension or somthing. I'm not too sure how to do it.

However it may be a bit annoying for the player if their resolution keeps changing. I know it annoys me at times.

Could you try just enlarging the objects that need to be enlarged just through the animation editor one by one each time you need to zoom in?

Ok, I've tryed resizing the frame. Is that what you were talking about? It didn't seem to have any effect at all.

Any way, I know how to resize the window in MMF. But how do I do it in an event?

With the window resize object. But as far as I know, changing the game resolution isn't possible.

yeh its sadly not possible. i tried that many times before myself because i think that would be just awesome. Sadly you are also using mmf2. there is the zoom in object for 1.5 so you could at least zoom in. you can also zoom out with it but it didnt really work nice and the way i wanted it to. i really hope there will be a new and good zooming extension in the future.

The viewpoint object might help you there.
