You wouldn't be making a new skin then, but a new website, huh? You're supposed to make a skin for this site, using the graphics and CSS provided in the template file Rikus posted on the front page. TDC will later be able to load these skins, without having to change the site's layout or content.

And you probably wouldn't be able to do it with just Dreamweaver, since TDC is not just plain HTML and CSS, but also a lot of Javascript, ASP code and a back-end database containing all real content.

But yeah, download the files Rikus posted, and go from there.
