Then I got a friend to hold on to one at John Lewis - didn't get there in time and it went. Got another mate who pre-ordered 2 who should be sending me his spare machine once it arrives for retail price. GAME and GameStation are both telling me it won't be until mid-Jan before I can buy one instore. I dont live in a big populated area so getting one was easy. Right now Im waiting on the good games to come out before I run out and buy another one.

I've only got Wii Sports and Zelda though. The console won't let me perform a system update to the News Channel. The Weather Channel and trial versions of Opera work fine, no problems updating for those. Or has the News Channel not opened yet? n/a
