Put it this way: if clubsoft were to make it so that the layout could be changed, almost everything would have to be in special tags that are added in a style page, which the DC page then loads the content from and replaces these tags with all the various values to display the page. Like phpBB would do, but phpBB sucks bum sores, and clubsoft doesn't.

What I meant to say was, you can handle layout with stylesheets as well as colours and images. It's just a case of having things in divs and controlling sizes and positions with it. The only problem with that is the sizes have to be absolute.
It's probably possible to do even more than that, but you'd probably have to design it that way from the beginning.
