I'm workin on a new game, but I needed some cool musics.
I want to make some.

What do I do?

Where can I get a composer or music creator?

Seriously, though:

www.fruityloops.com

That program works well...but I'd go with Modplug.

I thought FruityLoops was just a "stick premade samples together to create something that resembles a mildly appalling dance track" program. Having said that, I haven't tried it, so I'm a bit prejudiced.

It's a note based system, not a tracker. I like note based systems because it requires no recording before hand so you can just put down whateer pops into your head before you forget it or anything. I haven't bought it yet, but i think i will.

Isn't that when you take "tracks" of music and play them at certain times, or is that something else? ... What's that? No, i'm not retarded, i'm just not very good with music software. Jeez

A tracker can either be used to play individual notes or just to organise sample loops, as any sound can be regarded as an instrument.
