Make sure you have the image selected (usually automatically selected as soon as you paste it) and goto Stretch/Skew and change the top values to 50%. Photoshop - Image - Adjustments - Brightness/Contrast For best quality set Brighness to 64 and Contrast to 98 Edited by the Author. http://www.robocaptain.com
