I have a working chatsystem between players using MooClick and "player>send channel" but how would I send a message to the server and ONLY to the server? And how would I "detect" that message in the server?
Tried "server>sendtext" and "server:connection on message" but it doesn't work.
The MooClick docs seem to be offline at 3ee.com

Wrong forum. This is for clickteamproducts, the programmers union forum is for other programs like mooclick.

Jakob - MooClick is an extension for MMF, which is a clickteam product..
I don't have MMF installed on this PC at the moment Bjorn so I can't tell you answer at the moment. I know its possible though I just forgot exactly what to select..

Well, you should try sending server messages through a different subchannel. Servers will always record every message, I believe, and you could make the game so only messages on subchannel (let's say) 1 will be written on the chatbox, while the ones on subchannel 0 won't. Something like that...
