wtf do you mean? Time Zones? You want it to jump to the next frame at a certain moment? Like, after 2 seconds? Then do this:

Timer equals 00:02:00
-jump to the next frame

I think Kitty may be talking about reading the Windows clock and having the program do certain things during specific intervals of time. If you can't find an option to do certain tasks you want, and have already looked in likely actions or conditions of the objects you already have, go to the Clickteam Extension List at http://www.clickteam.info/extensions/ . That Date/Time category seems appropriate.

Uh, you need a counter, say ;always:set counter to (hours of clock object), then you can use the counter = thingy to take it from there.

If you must touch the dragon, just be wary. It'll bite your hand off.
