I have two problems, the first is that when i´m trying to take screenshots with printscreen, when I´m then paste the screen shot into paint the whole or almost the whole screen is black. The second is that when i have properties/window/changedresolution on about 1cm of the screen in the bottom is grey.

The first problem mostly happens with DirectX games. Get a screen capturing program which is capable of making DirectX screenshots and that problem would be solved.
I don't understand what you mean with the second problem, though. You say you get a grey rectangle at the bottom? Time to update your display drivers...

Oh yeah, a good tip: to make screenshots of a window only, press alt+printscreen.

OK, were can I found a screencapturing program?
And I just noticed that if I click at the grey rectangle in the bottom the Toolfield appears. (Don´t know the english name for it.)

Take it from a swede that knows; You'd say Toolbar for verktygsfält.

A great screenshot program I still use to this date is SnagIt7. Its just not freeware, but has some really nice & simple features. My favorite is just simply pressing Print Screen & SnagIt7 jumping out & allowing you to select the region you want to take a screenshot of. Drag & Drop, then its instently added to the clipboard unless otherwise changed. This is really nice when your just talking on AIM & want to send small pictures to someone, expecially if you are giving them directions to do something & dont want to send the entire screen or edit it in Paint everytime. SnagIt is extremly flexable & has alot of methods of capturing the screen. It is also capable is DirectX as far as I know. Again its not free, but without mentioning how, it wouldnt be hard to get it anyway.

WTF? SnagIt7 is still the latest version? I figured they would have at least 8 by now. I'm still using 7.

I still use HyperSnap DX, an older screenshot taker, which lets you take DirectX screenshots with the Scroll Lock key. It's shareware, though.
