I am making my first game for the DC and I have a little problem. I need to make my graphics look old and dusty and dark. Like an old house with a bunch of cobwebs and low lighting. I was wondering, is there a filter in a program that I can use to apply that effect to my graphics? Or do I have to do it by hand? No screenshot yet due to lack of stages. Thanks in advance.

All platforming problems can be mostly solved here:

These are very excellent examples by other people and are very informative.

I work at the speed of "maybe".

if you use a program that can add alpha layers, make a new layer, fill it black, and set it's opactity to about 40-60%... or just create a new object in mmf/tgf that folls the screen and is similar opacity... but that might make it go slow

if you download irfanview (yes that again) you can add allsorts of colour effects, i'm sure you can make it look dusty if you mess around a bit. Of course you'll have to paste your graphics in one by one.
