is there anyway to manipulate the HUe, saturation, lightness or RGB of an active picture object or of an active object?? there has to be some way to do it. can it be done thru changing coloring effects?? or somthin of the sort??

i meant all the colors of an active object or an active picture object. the entire frame will be fine too but is it possible? there hasnt been any extension that can do that as far as i know.
