Use the ActiveX plugin and select the Microsoft Internet Explorer control. You don't need to worry about people not having the ActiveX because all Windows installations come with it in some form. It's pretty self explanatory how to use it, you can use actions in the Event Editor to go forward, back, change URL etc.
