There isn't? That's a shame. I think I remember Circy adding some code to that page after lots of noobs were posting crap articles. He made it so you had to maximise the browser and click in the top-right corner of the screen (past the close button).

Click on the "Articles" section. On the right hand side there is a small box saying "Submit your articles here!"
