i need a way to differentiate between edit boxes, so events only affect the ones i want. for some reason it doesnt seem to work properly the way it would with other objects though.
in theory, when a box is ticked, the corresponding edit box should turn green. the numbers in the edit box prove that the correct numbers are being stored as acceleration, and putting the mouse over a tick box tells you its value, so theres no reason for it not to work.
must use edit boxes as they need to be user editable.
i really dont want to have to use loads of clones cos it will mean heaps of duplicate events.
