I sent my friend a thingy made with MMF (yes, saved as a stand alone exe) and he can't open it and he is mad. I sent him bass.dll, i sent himn cnc232.dll what the hell? He says there is a message that says it needs an external program or library

If it's a DMC2 error bass.dll needs to be in the system directory. Same directory probably works too.
The MMF DLL filename is:
cncs232.dll
Notice the 's' in the filename. Maybe you sent him the wrong file?
cncs232.dll can go in the same directory as the app.

Make sure it is 'cncs232.dll' with the 's'.
Otherwise there is something wrong. But make sure letter-for-letter. And make sure it is the latest version of the '.dll' file you send, the one present when you made the game.

Just send all cnc DLL's. And put them in the windows directory, too. That may work.
