G'day,
I was inspired recently by some horror movies to draw a series of sketches based on the zombie theme. Im not really a horror buff, nor do I think of myself as much of a blood, guts and loud music sort of person.

As you'll probably tell, these drawings a very different from some of the other stuff Ive posted here, eg. my comic( http://www.create-games.com/forum_post.asp?id=101854 ) or my pixel creation ( http://www.create-games.com/forum_post.asp?id=96729 ) or my larger computer drawings ( http://www.create-games.com/forum_post.asp?id=99358 ) but I enjoy experimenting in other styles.

So here we go:
original sketch-

in just black and white-

some colour trials:

final colour, with popart-style random words (for affect, ofcourse)-

Whaddaya think?

Keep in mind this is only one of three drawings Ive done, I just havent had enough time to scan the other on yet. I will though if theres enough interest.

Cheers,
istvan

Looking good. However, looking at the same picture over and over again with only small and unnecessary changes gets annoying.

Good art nonetheless.

Thanks peter. Like Ive said in a differentpost, the scanner and software associated with it are still relatively new to me, but ive been drawing since forever.

Lukas: Yeah, Ive only provided an extensive collection of the same basic image to show the process, and show people some of the other options i could have taken, incase they like them better than what I chose. It's really just to help me get a better response.

Cheers though,
istvan

Ive scanned and fiddled with some of the other doodles.
Here they are:
