I am quite happy to reply after such a long time of me forgetting, I'm still in progress with Zone51 but couldn't help but notice about your reply. Noone no longer has your source, I assure you that your awesome project is in safe hands, I don't use none of your graphics and never have, Me and my friend made our own.
I don't want to really argue, I'd just like to say that there is absolutely no need to be contacting neither sue-ing anybody for this. I gurantee now I don't have not even a pixel of your graphics neither the events/programming-code.
I'm quite happy to say, Goodluck and can't wait.. As I can already see maybe both of us have a competition against both our games, I'm not saying we're against or that we are enemies etc.. I'm just saying a really big "GOODLUCK" to you and your project. Happy...... erm...... Something

Now personally, I'd love to help with the programming, Have you seen zone51 newest trailer? goto http://zone51.dcrew.info/ to see both trailers. It's a pretty good game and alot of hard work through the 3 months it's existed. I'd like to help you, If you'd let me ofcourse. Think about it
