Creating an RTS in klik is as hard as completing Cave Story's hell in 40 seconds x)
Well, there's some pretty good ones out there, but you need some serious skills.

No sig for you.

I know! I'm been working for this engine about 4 years.
I recently got a custom made A* Pathfinding engine working for multiple units, and the unit selection system shouldn't be that hard considering the obstacles I've already overcome
Wait and see

It's not that hard at all really, if you've got enough motivation it's actually easy to do.

No, technically its not that advanced. The problem is actually the amount of time needed to complete the whole system. I spent more time on the god damn manufacturing screen than I did on my other project, War of Tribes, and that's always half way done!
And to that, its the coding design. The whole thing is a nest of nested loops, it easily gets confusing..
I will give it a good ol' shot thou

Rather unnecessary to post that, Hempuli. Sure you may think that it's a challenge to create a RTS, but why don't encourage the guy for attempting instead of discouraging? Oh well.
I love the looks and sounds of it, Retainer. Before all, having worked on the engine for so long shows that you're determined and motivated to process. Keep the work up!

It's his way of being jealous because he tried to make a RTS and now that someone else is doing it too, and succeeding with it, he's going to try to discourage it.

He doesn't sound jealous to me. And he's got a point: making an RTS in MMF is damn hard. Many have tried, few succeeded.

Still, this game looks awesome. I'm a huge RTS fan, and I've been eagerly waiting for someone to come along and make a proper C&C-like click game once and for all. Best of luck with this, Retainer!
