Getting there
Posted 21st Mar 10, by Johnny Look
Well it's been increasingly hard to post an update these last weeks. I want to keep everyone updated but at the same time I want to keep most of the surprises for the full game.

However some interesting stuff will be unveiled in the next trailer for the klikcast so don't miss it ! (I know you weren't anyway, I just want to be sure )

Now, the news:
A few weeks ago I met a theater student through a friend and yesterday I found him while shopping and took the opportunity to ask him if he was willing to record his voice for a game I was making, and he agreed. His voice is just perfect for what I have in mind and he already has some experience as a voice actor. I'll only have to pay him royalities, which is a pretty good deal considering he's almost a professional.

Recording starts next week, while the level designers finish up their work and I polish everything from the ground up.

The game is now edging closer to the release, unless something truly unexpected happens it should be ready for release by 15th April.
Also a free demo will almost certainly be available by then, while the Mac and Linux will be released afterwards.

I think that's all for today.

15th April, eh? I've been looking forward to this for months now and can't wait to try the demo/buy the full version. And after reading about your voice actor, i can't wait to hear that now!

omc: you'll have the opportunity to do so soon, only a few days weeks left.

Marko: hehe I know, I was supposed to release the game months ago but in all honesty I'm glad I decided not to or it wouldn't have been nearly as good as it right now.

Thanks for the support guies !
