well, incase you didnt know (which you didnt because i didnt tell no body but us mice) while don is perfecting his craft on the sprites end, i figured id perfect my coding craft on this end.
while i was relishing the fact that the game couldve almost made demo status, it really is up to how fast the new gfx come in to meet the coding i was doing, so rather than sit around doing nothing i decided to go through and figure out how to make the game a little more efficiant. since this contains alot of n00b code, the game needed alot of revamping and redoing on the coding end, so its back to the beginning for me i guess.
no, its not the end of the world, in fact this is a perfect opportunity to start the game over in HWA, which is going somewhat smoothly so far. and never fear, most of the code i have already put into the game is simple crap (just alot of it) that i am making more efficiant and neater as we speak.
granted, im no rocket scientist, but i have learned alot more that i am able to put back into this game alot better than i had previously so be glad im taking the time to do this.
and by the time i get back through re-programming this, don should be done with all the sprites and animations that we need to make the demo, so look at this more of something to do, not a scrap and start over.
there also might be a few new additions to the team in the near future, i dont want to spoil anything yet, but ill announce them when its set in stone. (hint: its not bruce willis)
and by the way, id like to thank sketchy, urban monk, cecil and nim for giving me a hand with fixing a HUGE error that couldve killed thousands of people in fire... well maybe not that kind of couldve but none the less it helped out crazy style.
so i guess now is the time to put in your requests for something interesting, weather it be game play aspects (which i have plenty of already, but dont let that stop you) graphical installments or just something redic to throw in (like a random cow that shows up to eat your food every-so-often).
also keep in mind for some reason im crazy style tired right now, even tho i slept half the day, so im not quite sure if im really saying anything that has like correct words and stuff altogether, so... something something. oh yeah, wait, no. yeah.
go forth and do... mighty things or something.
