Project Overview
Preview Things have changed a bit. It's not much of a collaboration anymore. It's mainly a series about challenging platforming and puzzle solving.

Each episode builds upon the last with minor gameplay and graphical adjustments.

I do have an idea for every episode to come with an ending in mind.
We'll see how far I get.

Better than a screenshot, I think.

Almost a real screenshot

I got a lot done today. Have a working title screen, loading screen, and failure screen. I even recorded some sound effects.

Here's what the game may look like.

How the devil do you do bird AI?

I'm trying to have a bird randomly choose an object to fly to then choose a different object to fly to once it gets there. And I'd like it to work with multiple birds. It's beyond my knowledge.
I can't even think of a simple way to do this.
As of now, the bird is cut.
More things and a save system
Posted 14th May 10, by Smirnoff Post A Comment
Boy, I sure didn't know how easy it was to make multiple save slots until now. Even though I could have nearly as many slots as the player wants, I'm leaving it at three. I sure hope there's enough game content to warrant three save slots.

I have some aggressive creatures in now as well as some things that are dangerous if you get too close. I've also been tinkering a bit with particles and I think I can pull off decent, yet simple effects.

I'm a little concerned with the level design itself as that is the most important part. I want the game to be huge. We'll see how far I make it.

Some screens here of the menu and some test areas.
