Hey there!

I'm working on a project with Clickteam Fusion 2.5 in which I have a large group of objects of the same type. My goal is to make them detect food when nearby and then go to it. So far, I've managed to set up a circle around each one that follows them. I used a parent event to accomplish this. Now, I want to make it so that as soon as the circle overlaps a food item the object inside the circle goes to it (look in the direction of it). However, I'm struggling to scope the correct object. No matter what I do, all instances of the objects move toward the food item when a circle overlaps it. Is there an easy solution to this, one that makes it so that only the object inside the circle that overlaps the food moves toward it?

Any help would be appreciated, and if you need more information don't hesitate to ask.

Thanks for responding. This wasn't exactly what I meant as I needed my object to move toward the food and not the other way around. I managed to solve my problem using fast loops eventually. Still, your set up was interesting and informative to study, so you didn't do it in vain. Thanks again!
