I hardly think it attracts attention, however naming it something explicit like "help needed with super hard problem that will suck your time and I won't even be grateful for your help" might drive people away. Also, people are lazy and uncreative sometimes.

If it were bigger with tons of active threads and I wasn't able to check all of the threads, I probably wouldn't be attracted to this one. I'd look for ones where I could potentially help someone or maybe see something neat.
