I can't log into my old account so this will have to do.

The weird thing is the game is still being made. Here's a little story.

In around 2008 I think a friend went to E3 and met a producer for a game publisher. But soon after the publisher got into problems. I stayed friends with the producer, he's a good guy! I stopped working on the game around here because it was getting unworkable, the code was a mess in places and I just didn't have the brains to fix it. So I took the engine and put it to use in other games; Lunnye in 2009, Wake in 2010, and Really Big Sky in 2011.

After Really Big Sky I started pushing Tormishire once again. At this point the game was too big for my little brain to make so I thought I'd use my new found industry contacts to make it happen.

We went to E3 with the bosses of our Big Sky publishers. In a drunken ride home from a party at E3 (the driver wasn't drinking), I asked them if they wanted Tormishire as well. I think they said yes. Because I pitched it to them a few months later. Printed off a huge 44*80" poster of the world map (it's great because you can see it all the room details!), took it to them and we started on a plan to make it happen. This was great because when we last left it in 2008 only about 40% of the game was designed (as it stands now at least, I think it was a larger %age completed back then because we added so much more to it). So we got to sit down with some of the production team and flesh the rest of the game out. I honestly forgot what happened here, I interviewed some programmers including one who worked out how to make it completely seamless, but for whatever reason it just got forgotten about!

But! As it stands right now the game is completely designed from start to finish, and with some additional stories, but without the means to make it.

I still add to it. Just recently MrPineapple and I were having a talk about it and we said it felt like we lived in Tormishire from 2007-2009.

Some bonus stuff from this!
Most of the game's soundtrack is done and dusted. It's very nice!
We were talking with Ubisoft about using their Ubiart-thing engine. But we didn't.
I'd like to put at least 3 points in here. Let's think... oh! We went to an award show thing for Really Big Sky (don't worry we didn't win it!), introduced ourselves as "Boss Baddie" to someone there and they did a fake bow saying they're real excited for Tormishire! Was a bit weird that. It must have been one of you's.
All our games and upcoming projects tie into the Tormishire story because why not.

Crazy days.

Our plan is gonna be one of these;
Go chatting with other companies to get it made. The thing is it's got to be done the right way. I'm not going to sell it short or lose any creative control over it. Some people I've spoke to talked about cutting it up into an episodic game and I'm like hell no.
Release a bunch of games, from the proceeds and maybe a Kickstarter, hire some programmers to make it in Unity or something I dunno.
If I get a real job or do something else other than games I'll make this in my spare time from scratch in a more lo-fi way.

Gosh I think that's all of it.
