Those are really great ideas wolf, I'll definately try to add them to my to do list
My ideas were:
Metal - To lower a moving platform down with it's weight.
Wood - To be light weight and be fast when there is a looping area that needs speed to be passed.
Rubber - To do jumps when necessary
- Enemy npc's will be the source for the player transmutation. At the start the player won't have any transmutational factors, but as soon as it gets near a source (a enemy npc with different elemental values) it will be able to copy it's ability.
- Inorder to copy an ability, the player needs to be in it's default form.
you should have a "camouflage" ability, like a Charmion. So like, an enemy is walking toward you, and you use the camo ability and you blend into the background. This would be easy as hell. Just make a black outline of the player and fill the body in as "transparent" so you can see through him
