After about 2 months of dealing with things that no one will ever know about, the game has finally been approved! It should be up on the marketplace in about 48 hours.

Congrats! I don't have an X-box so I won't be able to play it. But, It's awesome that you persevered and got it out there. I wish you much success.

Ah, thanks guys! One of these days I'll have something together that's good enough to get on steam or xbla or something else. Who knows.
