Saving/Level Select/Title screen etc. Omgz FEATURES

I've been working on the save feature and the level select. Basicly, you can save all kinds of stuff as well as the Spluds (collectables) and the BLOB letters for each level. I will write a list here with the features:

Save/level select features:

In level select, you can select levels with down.
When you clear a level, without fully collecting spluds and BLOB letters, the door of that level will have a green title.
When completing a level and have collected the BLOB letters, the door of that level will have a golden star.
When completing a level and collecting all the Spluds in that level, the door of that level will have a blue star.
If you have completed/collected BLOB letters/collected Spluds, the door of that level will be golden and have both stars. You then have fully completed that level.
When completing a level, the door will save the data of your death count in that level, you can then see how many times you have died in that level, and improve the score.
When you reach a checkpoint, you can press down anytime to save once more. For example, if you saw a BLOB letter but wanted to save your position first, you can just save at the checkpoint, get the letter and save again!


Also some new features:

In the swimming engine, you will now have a breath bar. When you run out of breath, you die. You regain your breath by either touching bubbles underwater or by not being in the water.
New object: The cannon-dude. Kind of the barrels in Donkey Kong, you jump in, it spins around and you just press up to be launched, you can only enter it if it has it's mouth open.
New ability: Wall-jump. The walljump is similar to Blob's Adventure 2, you jump on the wall and press up again to jump from the wall. You can only wall-jump from special walls with walljumper-objects.
New feature: Lives. You don't have infinite lives in Blob III. If you run out of lives, you must restart that level from the beginning. You also have a hit counter at 2 now, so you don't die that much. There will also be plenty of 1up's in the bonus levels.
New feature: Title screen / options I made the title screen, but i'm not sure about the design just yet. I will have to see if it's going to be the final design (you can see it in the last update's screenshots)

Bonus level ideas:

I had some ideas for bonus levels that I thought I'd might share with you guys.

Splud Cannon (Launch blob into a ocean of Spluds).
Blob basketball (Throw the basketball and hit the hoop to gain 1ups)
Blob superjumper (Jump as high as you can, with the aid of DJReplenishers, each jump is equal a splud)
Blob overkill (Kill the spawning enemies and kill as many as you can. each enemy will be converted to a splud)

If you have some ideas for bonus levels, I would like to hear them = Just remember they have to include getting spluds/1ups.

The engine is coming along just great and I'm making the stuff that I intended to be included.

I will also make a level editor MAYBE! Just maybe... But considering that there are so many tutorials on level editors, i will most likely make a level editor. And you would be able to post levels online (maybe! if I can make it).
