Project Overview  
Terminal Orbit is a Real Time Strategy game like Total Annihilation and Command & Conquer which will blow away the barriers of creation you thought MMF 1.5 held. Terminal Orbit is quite simply an RTS like no other in existance in the Click World today. Based on the Project Rattlesnake engine but improved immesurably, Terminal Orbit will bring you earth-shattering mind-blowing battles, warfare on a huge scale, and conquest of entire campaigns, missions and even skirmishes.
Only a select few of the planned or made features and runtime engines are:

* Level editor and campaign editor for user-made campaigns, missions and levels - play the campaigns your friends send you
* Super fast optimised engine for high FPS rates in those metal crunching wars, with smooth movements on all things moving, for an impressive result
* Formations engine to arrange your units in a variety of defensive lines to help you on your march to victory
* Waypoints engine recently added: Give your units multiple commands, and watch as they carry them out one after the other, for more tactical play
* 360 degree rotating turrets firing 360 degree bullets for greater accuracy (or inaccuracy!)
* Different types of units have different accuracy rates - will it miss or hit?
* See how many kills your units have gained with the Kill Count engine
* Watch your unit's accuracies improve as they kill more enemies
* Effective pathfinding to get your unit to its destination quickly and efficiently
* Much improved interface design (graphics still to come) makes play easier and more fun, with improved control system - all movement commands are left click
* Impressive special effects to make the battle spectacular to watch
* Improved DMC2 sound system with better sound samples for more atmospheric play and 32-sample mixing for the full range of the battle to meet your ears
* AI much improved to provide a more challenging and intelligent enemy
* Although it may not show in the screenshots, the core engine is designed to be extremely adaptable and flexible - a WWII mod, or RTS-maker/template would not be difficult once finished

As you can probably see from the screenshots, almost all the graphics are temporary. However they do provide a glimpse into the cool features listed above...
