Quick Update
Posted 11th Jun 10, by joolsvurn Post A Comment
Newest features:
-Buying and Selling
-Inventory Item Use
-Organizable inventory (glitchy though!)
-Equipping weapons and armors
-Letter by Letter progressive bitmap text (which is going to take a lot of work to go back and change the current text system)

Current features:
-Speech/ Talking
-Yes/ No Choices
-Inn
-Money System
-Random NPC Movement
-Sokoban
-x and y character position memory
-grid-based custom movement

Todo list:
-de-glitch move item system
-make player screen show what armor and weapons are equipped.
-work on set-path npcs
-change all text and talking to progressive text (yikes!)
-battle (math heavy)
-a thing in the ini that has known spells, and a corresponding screen to "arm" spells"
-experience points! for both player and spells.
-map changing (easiest thing ever)
-save points (even easier)

I am working on a Bootcamped MacBook, so I don't have a printscreen button for screenshots, but you can see screencaptured video of the engine in action on my blogspot page http://mouthentertainment.blogspot.com and also on my youtube page http://www.youtube.com/user/mouthentertainment.

Also, feel free to be friendly! Ask questions, that sort of stuff!
