Just acquired my copy of the game and found some bugs:

* At Intro level, when the plane is still on the ship with no player, it still drops bomb and shoots if you press the space and right mouse click

* Game Over screen sometimes crashes my game (freezes my pc) and in my opinion needs a redesign.

I'll add more bug reports when I have some more time, or if there is another place for the report, please send me the link

Thanks Mr Green and also ωξяξW○○F who posted the same bug about the intro screen! Good spot guys.

As you mentioned in the thread on the forums Mr Green, the Game Over screen is a place holder. No idea why it would crash though. I'll look in to it.

You should also add an option to reconfigure the controls cause they seem to be too complex and I always press the wrong button :S

I would recommend adding a menu button instead of yes or no, because when I press No, It says game over and I can't do anything after that.

Just wondering why I'm not on the list

Sorry! You're at the top now

Thanks for all the awesome feedback guys. Amazing how many bugs you miss when it's your game!

I'll compile them all and get to work on the next beta. If you find anymore though, do PM or post here.

Cheers,

Steve

Guys if it's not too late is there anyway I might be able to help beta test this?

Also, is it mostly done? (It says 0% progress on this page)

Thank you!

Del Duio - Just PM me your email address. Progress is probably around 95% but after some feedback i'll probably add a few more levels in.

Hello mate, sorry i've been absent from the world for the past few weeks - i'm back now! I noticed the title-screen bug but it's already been mentioned. I've played the game for about an hour so far and have found no other bugs. However, i would also like to request a control change, or an option to change the directions to WASD at least, basically because i find i have to move my hand accross the keyboard to drop bombs.

Loving it so far though, i'll be in touch...

WASD will be in the next beta release. Will only be to replace current arrow buttons - so speed and landing wheel controls. Space bar will stay for bombs.

What's the title screen bug? Don't think i've got that one written down.

I was talking about the one that Mr Green originally mentioned, that is all. Space bar is fine for bombs; it is easier for the majority of gamers (that are right-handed) to move their hands from left to right, as opposed to right to left movements.

Amended it all to WASD now and it does feel much better

Posted by Marko 8th March, 2009

Looking forward to it - i'm guessing you can now bomb using your thumb on the space bar without actually moving your hand?

Yup

Seriously enjoying this game whilst Beta testing it - fantastic!
