Dam*** you stole my idea for a post and poll, i just thought of doing this 5 mins. ago then this pops up, im unlucky. anyway the largest ive downloaded was 650 mbs for windows server 2003 trial, it was a cool fully functional os for half a year.

i think the raw video file for cutscenes in diablo 2 was around 19.2gig without the sound...
im on 25mbit.. so i don't think much of it!

Normal hard drive capacity today is 40-60gig.

I've seen people downloading 600gig files. Myself, probably only 200mb, the Natural Selection add-on.

5 gb for linux?? you can fit linux on a floppy! i have fedora core, its freakin amazing its basicly windows but better and its free (its linux based), i have both operating systems (other wise no mmf) :0!!

The biggest single file would probably have been System Shock 2, about 220mb.
