You retard, electoral votes are all that matter in the elections. It has been that way since the beginning (of the US). The people from each state vote on two representatives, and those two representitives vote for the president. I don't really like either one, but I would vote for Bush if I had to choose.

Okay, obviously a few things to reply to.

"Muz, I think you underestimate the power of al-Qaeda. Not only do the actual organisation have lots of funds from countries that hates the west, the organisation also has supporting groups that are selfsupplying/funded by al-Qaeda. The nextwork is bigger than you think. "

-If Al Qaeda is so powerful, then why don't we see planes, trains, and other crap blow up more often? Granted it takes money and resources to do something like that but the average american has access to the materials needed. And like the Bush administrations says, theres no lack of people to do so. The Average american has access to guns, and at least a mild form of dynamite. With a little homework, cell phone bombs are a piece of cake. So why don't we see more terrorist attacks, are they waiting for some special day?

3/18/2004 - 67.31.205.* You retard, electoral votes are all that matter in the elections. It has been that way since the beginning (of the US). "You Retard, electoral votes are all that matter in the elections."

-This is very true, but even the the worst Republican/Democrat will vote for there opposite party when the people voice a strong opinion to do so. It's only happened differently two times.-

"i would then even like america..
But if Bush wins, it proves that the
america is not just the fattest country in the
world (57% are overweighted)"

-Were working on that, really we are. But you can't say we never did anything for you...AKA your computer, Your T.V., your Cellphone, how about the light your using to read?....We've invented a shitload. How come other countries didn't get to it first?

"lowest reading rate having industrial country (89 percent can read and that is a very low rate)"

-Leave no child behind, what a joke. How about instead of spending 88 Billion the United States puts some money into our many failing schools.-

"it is also the stupidest country in the world"

-This statement is absolute bullshit. Were undoubtedly one of the smartest countries in the world with THE stupidest leader. He was a C student in College, and he takes more vacations then any other president.-

"CIAīs and Bushīs lies..."

-I admire the CIA just because it seems like a cool organization...you know Secret agents and the whole bit from movies and anything else. But I have heard reports claiming that the CIA created a special group just to figure out how to goto Iraq and get away with it the way we did.

"the united fucking states wants that the international
war court wouldnt judge any of their soldiers."

-Your damn right we don't. People are easily swayed. I think George Bush should be tried. After all, the war in Iraq did free the Iraqi people which is definitely a plus. But I think they should've had a plan for gov't before they invaded, that way they would've been able to at least start up a makeshift gov't in a few weeks.

"The america killed lots of sivilians in vietnam for
just a fun, and their tortuering things of their
intelligence were more brutal than GESTAPOīs."

-This is true. We killed lots of people, not for fun though.-

Thats what I have to comment on. I might do more. Does anyone have anything else to say?

1. Hmmmmm. How many of you know that John Kerry voted for the war? Of course now he is suddenly against it. Give me a break.......

2. Please stop bashing the USA. I live in the USA, and naturally I don't like to see it bashed with blatantly untrue accusations. No, most people who live here are not "stupid".

3. China is the most unhealthy country in the world, the USA comes in second.

99 percent chance that the above post is 100 percent correct.

I trust only the percents.

I think the USA is a backward country if we match
it to Finland.

The social level in USA is very low, police is corrupted,
politicks are also corrupted, your school system is bad
and your hospitals are not free and you have a real
big crime and drugs level and the list would go on if i werenīt
i a school brke currently.

Well mayby it can be explained by that, that a big country
has got lots of problems. (like the russia)

I thin that the united states would be in better fame, if
it would solve itīs problems first before going into other
coutrys problems.

And one more thing:
The United States is not ruled by a democratic goverment.
It is a dictature of the president.
USAs president has got too much power in your parlament (?),
in Finland the president is not even needed, all we need is a
eduskunta ruled by 200 people who will be elected once in a year.
I think i should do "the problems of the america" topic afterall..

Is it just me, or is this topic (like all others) going off topic? Well ... at least its still somewhat interesting.

DEC Stuff. Even al-Qaeda must keep a low profile not to be discovered. You should be glad they dont blow up busses, trains etc everyday. On the other hand Im afriad Im quite certain that they will do something again all of a sudden. Thats really what worries me.

Yes, United Bluff DID invent a number of inventions. However other countries/regions like europe and asia have also contributed with a lot. Dont forget it all began with the steam engine invented in GB.

Mr Coffee. It is true Kerry voted for the war, he did NOT however vote for the extra money given to the military.

If you knew, I would have to kill you...

This is to Jigen. Most of your comments come under a little category we english-speaking people call "racism" (I'm not sure if that will translate to your computer, because you don't seem to have been taught about it in school).

No, it is not rasicm, itīs telling a few facts about america.
I donīt think that the american people are evil,
i just think that the goverment is bad.
Many american people are good and they live in a good
place in america, but there are still places in USA, which
donīt have enough fundary. America should uprage itīs fundary
and one more thing:
The crime and violence level would go a bit
lower if the weapons would be put illegal, just like in many
european countries.
So donīt think i am a rasict.
Rasict means that i would hate the whole nation or race.
But i donīt hate the nation, i just hate the way that the american goverment
does their jobs.
And it is very reasonable that you think me as a rasict,
but you are seeing me as i hate the whole america.
(damn i should do something about the lenght of my message)

Um, most of the American inventions (TV, computer, etc.) were based on previous British inventions. And you wouldn't have the Internet as we know it today if it wasn't for us. Just look at http://www.spartacus.schoolnet.co.uk/engineers.htm ...

Your damn right we wouldn't be were we were today if it wasn't for the british. I admire the british people a lot, but if you guys are so great then how did you get sucked into this war?

"How many of you know that John Kerry voted for the war?" - Kerry has explained this time and time again. Kerry authorized the use of force, but not int he way it was used. He didn't want us to go and ruin our foreign relations and piss the world off the way we did. He wanted us to use the U.N., which is exactly what we didn't do.

Why do we have the right to ignore the U.N.? Are we better then it?

Well Mr Natress,

"the only people who wanted to go to war were the government"

America is beginning to see that. Certainly I didn't want to goto this war, especially without the backing of the world! We could've done it the right way, with less money, more troops, less terrorism, and an international force. How would you feel if the entire world attacked your country? It think you would feel as though your country definitely has some problems. Thats what would've happened if we worked with the U.N.. I think it's great that we overthrew saddam. But, there are countries much worse off than even Iraq. Theres more people starving, dying, civil war, dirty water, no food, mud buildings, and just the worst conditions possible. Why don't we overthrow there gov'ts first? If we really wanted to save the Iraqi people, it had to be for a damn good reason which I have yet to find other than the so called "WMD's" and terrorism(which we have probably just created{more}}.

There are people in some countries that are so bad off they would actually want to live in the war zone known as Iraq because it is so much better. Here are some of them.

1 Sierra Leone $500
2 Tanzania $550
3 Ethiopia $560
4 Somalia $600
5 Cambodia $710
5 Congo, Democratic Republic of the $710
7 Rwanda $720
8 Comoros $725
9 Burundi $730
10 Eritrea $750
10 Yemen $750
12 Madagascar $780
13 Afghanistan $800
13 Tuvalu $800
15 Mali $820
16 Kiribati $860
17 Zambia $880
18 Guinea-Bissau $900
19 Malawi $940
19 Sudan $940
21 Nigeria

And there are countries worse than Iraq too. What about Libya, IRAN***, and other middle east countries?

Is anyone beginning to see a connection here between maybe the way you get from point A to B and the fact that Iraq has a shitload of oil?

I once had a girl tell me she couldn't imagine anyone using someone elses life for oil. Yeah, and how the hell did you get to school today?

And what about this?
"Iraq is a State-Sponsor of Terrorism

True. But Iran is the most active state-sponsor of terrorism and has more resources from which to finance such activities. Yet there has been no suggestion of a ground invasion of Iran. In addition, the terrorist groups that Iraq supports focus their activities in the Middle East rather than against the United States. "

And this:

"Iraq Has Invaded Its Neighbors and Has Used WMD in the Past

Yes, but Iraq isn't alone. Syria, North Korea, and Libya have invaded their neighbors, and Libya used chemical weapons in its intervention in Chad. "
