Yes the 8th it is, and remember it's less than 1 meg zipped, so if you fool with the setting of winzip you can get better compression. Good luck to all, and does anyone have some screenies to show off of their games in progress?

If you make a game where a robot picks up different items/weapons and then use them/drop them on people, is that completeing rule 2?

As long as you can pick up different weapons and not just copies of the same one.

Anyone ever hear of TD?(No, not the investors group....) It's a warcraft 3 thing.

Tower Defense:
You build towers with different weapons to kill monsters that charge to or from the center of the map.

Have there been any TD Klik-Games? If not mine will be the first.

Hey, I just finished my submission. Now I have to wait a week. Oh well...maybe I can upgrade it so much I oust blueemu's game.

Or maybe not. Hey Shab/Pete/Circy, are games submitted to this compo going to be elligible for GOTW?

wow... too bad i'm no good at robots... if you allow vitalized games (i'm not sure if you do) the filesizes get much smaller! it compresses the sounds and misileaneous crap so you don't have to, then zip will make it even smaller!

Mr Icekirby says so!

hmmmm i doubt it; if the sounds and pics in a CCN are already compressed i don't think winzip would be able to make it any smaller.
